Orders

How can I pay?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal and select prepaid methods。

To help prevent fraud, all credit card payments are subject to security checks. If your billing address does not match your shipping address, your order may be delayed, cancelled, and refunded. In such cases, you may place a new order using a payment method with matching billing and shipping details.

How can I cancel my order?

To request an item cancellation, please navigate to the “Request Cancellation” section on your Ringlands.com.au My Account page and submit your request. Cancellation requests can only be made for pre-order items that have not yet been released.

Please note that submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee approval. All requests are reviewed individually based on specific conditions and may be either accepted or declined.

Cancellation requests are generally not accepted in the following situations:


  • The pre-order item has already been released

  • Back-order items

Please also be aware that approved cancellations may still result in account consequences. Misuse of the “Order Cancellation Request” feature or accumulating an excessive number of cancellations may lead to account restrictions.

Do I need to pay any additional import duties, VAT, customs taxes, tariffs, or local handling fees?

Depending on your country’s customs regulations, you may be required to pay customs duties or tariffs before receiving your package.

In certain regions, such as the United Kingdom and France, the local postal service may also charge an additional handling fee for processing parcels subject to customs charges. Unless otherwise stated, these customs duties and any related handling fees are not included in your order’s Grand Total.We neither requests nor receives this money and is unable to control the amount.

Please note that some countries may require parcels to be opened for customs inspection. Our store cannot be held responsible for any actions taken by customs officials, and we are unable to provide compensation or replacements for any items lost, seized, or damaged during the inspection.

Is my credit card information safe?

Yes. All credit card transactions are proccessed via a reliable third-party payment system.
Your information is never stored on RingLands's servers.

Where will my items ship from?

Our products are shipped from China.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains tracking information. You can also find this tracking information on yourOrders page.

How are shipping prices calculated?

The shipping cost varies per product and selected shipping method. By adding products to your cart and accessing the Shopping Cart page, you can instantly view the shipping charge prior to completing your order.

How do I know when my pre-order product will ship?

We are often only told the expected month a pre-order product will release. This information is written on the product's page. Please note that most figures tend to arrive near the end of their scheduled month.

In the case a pre-order product's expected release is delayed, customers will be contacted.

Can you declare my order as a gift or lower the declared value?

We greatly appreciate your support and thank you for shopping with Ringlands Shop. While we want to make the delivery process as smooth as possible, we are required to comply with international shipping regulations. As a result, we are unable to mark orders as gifts or declare a lower value than the actual purchase price on customs documentation.

How do I change my shipping address for an order that has not shipped yet?

We greatly appreciate your support and thank you for shopping with Ringlands Shop. While we want to make the delivery process as smooth as possible, we are required to comply with international shipping regulations. As a result, we are unable to mark orders as gifts or declare a lower value than the actual purchase price on customs documentation.

My order is taking an extremely long time to arrive. What can I do?

If your order appears to be taking longer than expected to arrive (more than 3 weeks for EMS shipments), please have your tracking number ready and contact your local postal service to inquire about its delivery status. In some cases, parcels may be held at a local post office awaiting collection or delayed in customs at the destination country's port of entry.

Please note that EMS and Registered Mail shipments require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for the package, the postal service may leave a delivery notice with instructions on how and where to collect it. Unregistered shipments may be left in a safe location without a signature, depending on local postal policies.

If a package cannot be delivered due to customer-related issues, such as an incorrect address or failure to collect the parcel, and is subsequently returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Please be aware that any additional shipping costs associated with returning and resending the package will be the responsibility of the customer.

If you believe your package is lost or cannot be located after a reasonable waiting period, please contact us before opening a PayPal dispute or filing a chargeback with your credit card provider. We are committed to resolving delivery issues as quickly as possible, and initiating disputes or chargebacks may delay the resolution process and prevent us from providing the most efficient assistance.

Shop Information

What is a pre-order product?

Pre-order items are products that can be purchased in advance before their official release date to guarantee availability once released by the manufacturer. Full payment is required at checkout to secure your reservation. Please note that pre-order items will only be shipped after the manufacturer officially releases them, so delivery times may be longer compared to regular in-stock products. Products available for pre-order will be clearly labeled with “[Pre-order]” in the product title.

Will changes to my payment information affect my pre-order?

Pre-orders are charged immediately after they are placed. Once completed, changes to payment information and credit cards will not affect your order.

When are shipments fulfilled for pre-order products?

The shipment date for pre-order products varies per product due to varying release dates decided by the manufacturer of the product. Please refer to the “Release Date” information on each pre-order product page for an approximate release date. Once the pre-order product is released and shipped, you will automatically be emailed tracking information. Shipping will take approximately 1-4 weeks. My product arrived damaged/My product has an item defect. What should I do?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. When submitting your claim, please be prepared to provide clear photos or a video showing the issue so that we can properly assess the condition of the item.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer assistance or compensation in the following circumstances:

• We are contacted more than 7 days after the package is marked as delivered according to the tracking information.
• The damage occurred after the package was received by the customer.
• Requested photos or videos of the damaged or defective item are not provided.
• After reviewing the evidence provided, the item is determined not to be damaged or defective.

Please note that the product's outer packaging (including the shipping box or product box) is intended to protect the item during transit. Minor dents, scratches, creases, or other damage to the outer packaging alone will not be considered damage to the product itself and are therefore not eligible for replacement or compensation.
